They are formulated barrier-first, around actives chosen for tolerance rather than intensity, and the Night Cream and Oil-to-Milk Cleanser are the gentlest in the range. We cannot promise a formula suits your particular skin, so patch test on the inner forearm for two days first, and check with a doctor or dermatologist if you have an active skin condition or are pregnant.
Free standard shipping on orders over $95, otherwise $6.00 (3–5 business days). Express is $14.00 (1–2 business days). Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and you get a tracking link when they leave us. We ship to the United States.
Return it within 30 days of delivery, opened or not, and we refund the product price. Return postage is yours unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect. Get in touch and we will send instructions.
Our supplier states that every formula is vegan and that none are tested on animals, and that manufacture is in the EU. We are not publishing those as claims on the site until we have the certificates and declarations in hand — which we are collecting. Ask us and we will tell you exactly where that stands today.
