We want your MIRA order to reach you quickly and in perfect condition. Here is everything you need to know about delivery.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States. If your country is not offered at checkout, we cannot ship there yet — we would rather say so than take an order we cannot fulfil.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery times and cost

• Free standard shipping on orders over $95.
• Standard: $6.00, typically 3–5 business days after dispatch.
• Express: $14.00, typically 1–2 business days after dispatch.

Delivery windows are estimates and are not guaranteed. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking link so you can follow its journey.

Customs and duties

For international deliveries, any import duties or taxes are set by your local customs authority and are the recipient's responsibility.

Delays, lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days at our contact page and we will make it right. See also our Returns & Refunds Policy.
